Restaurant location is brand new with much more space and ambiance. For gluten free meals and dedicated frier they are the best in the area for variety and delicious taste.
They are very careful with gf prep and have lots of healthy options. We go there often and my wife has never had trouble being "glutened".
Had an excellent lunch! My husband had the tomato basil soup and chicken salad sandwich. I had the pea soup and Cuban sandwich. Everything was excellent, but our hands-down favorites were the tomato basil soup and the freshly baked gluten free sandwich bread, their own recipe after much trial and error, which is a winner. We bought some freshly baked GF spice cake to take with us, and can't wait to try it :)
Very hit or miss with food options and more often than not, GF doesn't help with dairy free options.
Staff is very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Menu is chocked full of GF and vegetarian items. Great and very healthy foods.
The owner eats gluten-free, so many items on the menu can be made GF. They often experiment with GF recipes and are very open to modifying most dishes for me.
