Good gf protocol and celiac awareness. However, I was a bit disappointed with the variety of GF rolls and dishes. The gf sushi wasn’t very creative and I felt that I was missing out when non-gf dishes came out looking unique and delicious. I wish the miso soup or something warm was available for gf folks. The two rolls I had didn’t come with gf soy sauce, but they were tasty, if simple, and I didn’t have a reaction.

They were very knowledgeable about celiacs and we had 4 different rolls. They brought out the special GF soy sauce and my Celiac child did not get sick.

Fresh sushi, delicate, light and delicious. Best dinner in Victoria, I highly recommend! Menu in restaurant has GF items indicated, but didn’t see them marked online.

We ordered: Miso Soup Kappa Maki Roll - 3 pieces of cucumber in the middle Wild Salmon Roll - melt in your mouth Edamame - so fresh! Dumplings - not GF (my daughter ate) This was enough for two women. The details, fresh lemon for the Edamame and presentation of each roll, and excellent service was appreciated. Small storefront but roomy inside, don’t be put off by ‘activities’ down the street, this place is worth going to.
