Great spot for yummy pho, have gotten takeout here several times with no issues as a sensitive celiac. They do sometimes throw in a squeeze packet of a sauce that contains wheat in the bag, but I just don’t eat that.

Great pho. Pho is GF as it comes, the ramen has to be heavily modified to be GF and loses out on some flavor.

Read a lot about GF options at Nudo online. But, when I showed up the cashier recommended the pho and only the pho from a GF perspective. So, I ordered the pho. It was okay pho.
