Nudo Restaurant

Went to Nudo after reading the reviews and was sadly disappointed. I was so excited to try a new restaurant, but my meal did not come out labeled gluten free and the waiter had told me that there is no separate place in the kitchen, but that they clean the area. Thankfully, I have a NIMA sensor, and my gut told me to test it before eating. Gluten was found in the sauce with rice noodles and chicken. I’m so thankful I tested, so please be careful.

Wow. I ordered the chicken teriyaki (gf) and it came clearly marked “gf” and you could see the chicken was seared clean and the sauce was in its own container and was also clearly marked “gf.” The meal was delicious and I had enough leftover to have lunch the next day.

Gluten free options available sauces made from scratch. The rice noodles chow mein was so good. Wish I had one of these where I live. Highly recommend.

Fun place! Great food, service and atmosphere! Some very tasty gf options we tried the Tan Tan and the chow mein. Server was knowledgeable and very helpful. Looked up some ingredients for us. Can accommodate larger groups. Great for date night or a quick bite!

The gluten free selection is limited but the food is very good.
