This is such a great gluten free deli! They take a lot of pride in the quality of the food served Nue and it shows.
It’s run by the same person who owns the Sardinian restaurant, Akentannos a few doors down (also a fantastic place to eat!). The owner/chef is coeliac so he understands the importance of food safety.
It’s a great place to go for breakfast or lunch. I also recommend checking out the deli and bakery items to go!
There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available as well!

Amazing deli. Currently based in their adjacent restaurant. Entirely gluten free! We had a delicious lunch and the staff were so friendly and brilliant with my little boy, making him feel at home. We all had a great time.

I popped in here for a sweet treat walking around the shops on eccy road. There wasn't lots of freshly baked goods but I was recommended a donut with Nutella. It was warmed up and filled on the spot so it was warm and delicious! My boyfriend got my some gf croissants for the freezer but I'm yet to try these.

We love taking our daughter here (she is celiac). Everything on the menu is gluten free - sometimes we sit down and have lunch and other days we pop in to grab a nice gluten free treat (the caramel shortbread biscuits are delicious!). Would highly recommended!

The staff were so friendly and talked me through everything. There is no cross contamination because there is no gluten anywhere! I got pizza, airanchi balls and chocolate cake. It was fab!

The food is incredible, we had the focaccia, flatbread and arancini. Everything is gluten free and they even have a deli to buy all kinds of pasta and bread. They are linked to the restaurant next door which is also incredible

Great little cafe-deli. A dream come true for celiacs! Bread, pizza, cakes, biscuits, croissants, sandwiches, quiches, sausage rolls, pasta. I love this place! The arancini and pine nut cake were amazing. Highly recommend.

What a gem. It’s completely gluten free! Food is cooked fresh and was delicious Italian fayre. I noticed my shoulders drop when I realised there would not be a single crumb of gluten anywhere on the premises. I had t realised how much tension my body holds around eating out. Not here. I could just relax and enjoy anything I wanted. My friend and teenage son ate very well too. Lovely staff and they looked after us well. It took a while for the food to arrive as it was cooked fresh and well worth the wait. Fabulous. I’ll be back.

Amazing amazing amazing, loads of choice and genuinely delicious food. I had a pork belly panini and aranchini and they were so good. Choice of pizza, pasta, burgers, panini's, salads and breakfasts.

Fully gluten free and amazing staff! Fair prices as well! I only went in for a small cake as I went for a walk but only £1.40 for a millionaire shortbread which I think is very good.

Totally GF cafe with homemade food including open sandwiches, pizza and cakes. There are around 4 tables inside and a menu for eating in. Staff knowledgeable and helpful with their advice. Our go to for a quick bit to eat whilst passing.
