I saw that the lamb and chicken tinga tacos had “GF” marked next to it. I didnt plan on eating here but figured I’d ask about their gluten free protocol just in case I could eat here. The cashier didnt seem to know too much but she grabbed one of the chefs behind her who told me they have a vegetarian/gluten free dedicated fryer and another fryer for fried meats and gluten containing foods. He assured me I could have any of the french fry options as well as the lamb and chicken tacos (they use corn tortillas). Food was incredible and not feeling sick today. Really glad I asked and grateful that the staff was so knowledgeable.
