Review of Nutcharee's Authentic Thai Food

I was absolutely impressed with the help and food I received here. I've been GF as a Celiac for a decade, and this was my first experience where the chef herself came out to talk to me about her food preparation. She had a thorough grasp of what I needed, and she assured me of cleaning the equipment and checking all ingredients while also warning me of the fact that it is not a dedicated facility. She then told me that she would prepare my food herself. It meant so much that she stepped out to give me the peace of mind. Now, as far as the food goes. We had the Tom Yom soup which was amazing. I also had the Pad Thai which had great flavor. All in all, I felt like this little place was a great change of pace. I felt safe, and I had NO reaction.
