A 100% gluten free spot to get healthy, delicious food. There is an assortment of baked treats, sandwiches and even pizza - GF pizza!! I had the blueberry protein waffles and they were amazing. There are a couple of tables to stay and eat or grab n go! If you’re in the area, definitely stop in to try - dedicated facilities are the best! ♥

Delicious sandwiches on home made gf buns and bagels plus muffins, cookies and other naked goods. Owner is Celiac and entire establishment is gluten free. Highly recommended for lunch.

Dedicated Gluten Free spot, great pizzas, sandwiches and all. Can text ahead to order easy. Recommend the Nanaimo bars and chocolate chip cookies as well as the pizza.
