Nutty Treesome - Cuisine Botanique

This was my go-to place for food while I visited Cozumel! To be honest it was the only place I felt completely safe to eat at, especially with the language barrier. The food was delicious and you can tell it’s all made from scratch. The menu is not very large and the gluten free selection is pretty small but I was happy to at least have one spot that I could feel safe eating at. I got the sushi and GF/DF desserts. So good! They ask you of any allergies here which means they know how to prepare it safely. The owner and staff are also really kind. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Cozumel!

The best salad I have ever had! After a week of nothing but raw veggies and fruits at the resort, I needed something with a little more substance. In addition to being celiac, I have a dairy allergy. I could eat almost everything on the menu including ALL of the desserts. Amazing!

Very good! Owner and server are knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free. Served quickly. Lots of options plus all GF desserts! Everything was vegan too. I had a huge salad, coffee and dessert. Left full and happy. No reactions.

Wow! Run to this jewel off the beaten path of the cruise ship crowds! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and fun! Their menu is clearly marked with gluten-free options and everything is fresh and delicious!

If you are in Cozumel you have to go to Nutty Treesome Vegan Gourmet...What a treat this place is, small and quaint restaraunt, the decor was awesome, lot's of plants and painted budha on the wall. The owner seated us and when i asked for gluten free, he asked if i was celiac or was it a preference. I had the supreme being salad and my not celiac spouse had the sensei rolls...so fricken good. We came back the next day and had the sensai rolls (my fav) and the sumsara salad and tortilla chips, dessert we had ice cream sandwich and cheeky monkie pie. The owner lived in Montreal for 12 years and learned his tallent there. Reasonably priced food, the hours are wed to Sat 5pm - 10 pm.

they recently extended the gluten free menu by switching to tamari sauce.

Sooo good!!!! If you’re celiac you have to try this place! The owner speaks great English and knows exactly what you can and can’t eat. Super tasty smoothies and desserts too. Nice change of pace from tacos
