Lovely vegetarian cafe with numerous gluten free options. You pick the salads, entrees, sides, dessert and fresh squeezed juice that you want from a buffet they serve you from. I have a wheat allergy, mild celiac disease, and SIBO and didn’t have any problems, but there may be issues with cross-contamination since some of their offerings do have wheat/gluten.
