Review of O-Ku Sushi DC

O-Ku recently added a gluten-free menu. Not only is their food amazing, but as a Celiac person I did not get glutened! They had gluten free soy sauce. They cleaned the kitchen areas and tools special for my food. On the gluten free menu they also have a robata grill that includes some gluten “free” items that the menu mentions are at risk of cross contamination, so Celiac people should avoid those.
