Amazing, high quality food. Several options on a gluten free menu the restaurant provided. Manager oversaw order to make sure it would be made safely in the kitchen. Separate cutting areas for sushi. Best fried rice and chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. Made with tamari. Highly recommend
