We only have a few restaurants we go to with our Celiac daughter and this is one of them! The restaurant will tell you from the get go that they don’t have a dedicated kitchen but they are definitely knowledgeable and take the steps to try to eliminate cross contact. My daughter always orders the Gluten Free pizza and we specify it is for Celiac and they make note of it. It always comes out on the tray it was cooked on. It is delicious too! We haven’t tried the Gluten Free buns, etc. but I know they have them as an option.
