Kitchen is AWESOME about allergies. If your server doesn’t know what they’re talking about ask to talk to the manager (my server didn’t know anything and was rude but I spoke to the manager / chef and they made me feel safe).
They have a dedicated frier for fries and sides like the roasted potatoes are gf without cross contam. The chef brought out my food directly to me and assured me it was safe.
