The owner was very clear about the burgers having Lipton soup mix (with soy sauce) in the beef, and that they are NOT gluten free. (She didn’t offer to make one early in the day without seasoning but maybe you’ll get luckier!) She did say the cheeseburger fries and all their fries are GF except Tejas. They do not season the meat for the cheeseburger fries. Opted not to eat here.

I have called ahead, about 1030 in the morning alerting them that I will arrive when the doors open. They gave me burger with no seasoning and cooked it on the clean grill before other customers orders. Nicest people ever! I’ve done this 3 times. Great burgers and fries!

Caution! The beef burgers have a little bit of Lipton Onion soup in them which contains gluten. I got the veggie burger with no bun. Fryer is dedicated and staff is knowledgeable and kind.

One of the two places in town with dedicated french fry friers! Haven’t had a reaction ever! I’ve not had the burgers but they only offer lettuce as a bun option.
