I’m a server here and I have celiac! We have a good amount of gluten free options but we don’t have a menu. So here is my version:
Apps:
-oarweed crisps (potato skins)
-chips & salsa
-shrimp cocktail
-steamed clams
Grill / sandwiches:
We have gluten free bread (canyon bakehouse) but our grill is super small and it is really hard to be made without cross contamination. This includes any grilled meats. However all sandwiches can technically be made “GF” except the haddock sandwich.
Salads:
All salad dressings are GF!
All salads are safe, but if getting a garden or cesear make sure to ask for no crutons.
The chicken used on these salads are not cooked on the contaminated grill so those are safe as well! The steak IS cooked on the grill. All the seafood add ons are safe as well!
Entrees:
All can be made GF!
Salmon and chicken entree are naturally GF. All other entrees can be made without breadcrumbs. GF sides below. The only side not gluten free is the rice pilaf.

-Baked Stuffed Potato
-Baked potato
-garden salad (no crutons)
Desserts:
-hot fudge sundae
-starberry sundae
-dish of vanilla ice cream
