The main waitress (who is always there, may be an owner) has a family member with celiac so she understands the protocols. I mention celiac and dairy free when calling and she knows what to do.

They have a section of the grill that is kept safe. I am suuuuper sensitive and have never had a reaction here. I always get the junkyard with either grilled chicken or a burger, no bun, no cheese. And they make me hashbrowns in oil because they're a safe side.

Gluten and dairy free and SO delicious! I've also had the pork chops and salads without a reaction.
