The manager is on point and takes celiac disease seriously. She said that the staff should always confirm your allergy. It’s even printed on the receipt. Safety is always 1st, but you certainly don’t miss out here. The food is amazing. The falafel is very good and not as dense as most GF falafel (would be hard to tell). Highly recommend!
