I went to this restaurant based on recommendations from this group. It is awesome! The owner's daughter waited on me. She was very knowledgeable on what is GF and not. The items are not marked on the menu so you to ask. I ordered the Sharma with no pita and fries. They have a dedicated GF fryer.

So incredibly good!! Had the vegetarian plate and my husband had the beef plate also GF and both were fantastic. I’m still thinking about how good the food was. Definitely don’t hesitate to stop here.

Wait staff seemed knowledgeable and very specifically pointed out what on the menu was not gluten free ( almost all items are gluten free). Without me asking to see the chef, she came out to talk to me. It admittedly wasn't busy, but I still appreciate it. They have a separate fryer for gluten items.

Outstanding food. We literally licked our plates clean. Every single item we ordered gluten free and safe. The best chicken kabobs, falafel and hummus we've ever had.

The family running the restaurant are so kind. The place is immaculately clean.

Stopped in on the way to Phoenix after I found this place on the app. Hubby was worried as usual but once I stepped in the door I knew we would be ok. It was VERY clean and the owner was extremely nice and covered the menu fully on what was GF or not. Only wraps in the bread and the desserts are not GF. We had 3 platters with steak or chicken, rice and salad. All delish and not a tunmy grumble in site. Highly recommend 👌

What a surprising and wonderful find in Gallup. Authentic Mediterranean food and a staff that really understands the needs of those who must eat Gluten Free. The portions are huge, the food is flavorful, and the staff very friendly. Plus, the new location is super convenient for those traveling I-40. This is now our go-to when driving through Gallup. Don’t miss it!

Fantastic place to eat! Do not let the location or the outside appearance turn you away. The food is fantastic and the owner is very knowledgeable about GF items. Even verified the fries were GF before serving them. The food is so good and you won't be disappointed with the stop!

Looks can be deceiving. Everything is gluten free except the pita bread. My celiac wife had the lamb kabob and they gave her tomatoes and cucumbers in place of the pita. The food was excellent and the service superb. If you are ever in Gallup do not miss the Oasis

The food here is awesome. I will stop every time I am in Gallup. Almost all the menu is gluten and soy free. The owners were great. They know what is in the food they are cooking. Many meals are also dairy free. My wife is allergic to both gluten and soy. She had no problem eating here. The lamb was incredible. The chicken and beef were also awesome. Sides of rice and homemade hummus. I don't know where to stop. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Oasis offers a wide variety of gluten free options. The menu is almost entirely gluten free with the exception of the pita, tabouli, and deserts. They will also sub veggies to eat with their homemade hummus and baba ganoush. There are also only a few dairy or nut based things, so a great allergen friendly place.
