The owner is so sweet and very helpful. She said all her flavors are gluten free and my two daughters and I (all celiac) enjoyed it and did not get sick. My daughters got the stuffed butter beer(stuffed means with ice cream in the middle) and I had the birthday cake flavor. A must stop place loved by locals.

All shaved ice flavors are gluten and dairy free. Amazing flavors and an option for dairy free ice cream to mix in with the flavors.
