Staff is knowledgeable but in my experience it depends a bit on who you talk to, so ask a lot of questions. I told the first person I talked to that I have Celiac, so he recommended the pho or the fried rice. But when I placed my order with a different server, she told me the fried rice is all prepared in the same wok, so there is cross-contact with the non-GF rice dishes (not GF because they contain soy sauce). So the pho and summer rolls are really the safest bet. I ate both and had no issues. They also gave me Tamari sauce instead of soy sauce for the pho! Food was delicious.

Most of the Pho on the menu is GF. The only other items that are GF are Spring Rolls, Edaname and some of the fried rices. The waitress was very knowledgeable about CC, etc.

Good pork fried rice and spring rolls—did not have a reaction. The garlic wings are NOT gluten free—they are marked gf on the menu but are fried in shared oil.

Ordered gf seafood fried rice without the imitation krab. Woke up in middle of the night to throw up and all the rest of that bad news.
Gluten free spring rolls were great. Gluten free wings were fantastic. Gluten free Pho amazing! Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up!

Everything in the menu is clearly marked and the server was very helpful. All of the pho is gf and we had to have the spring rolls and spicy garlic chicken wings which were gf. Absolutely delicious meal. A must try if you are in the area.

Great spot for a delicious meal. Ordered rare steak pho, spring rolls (salad rolls) with fish sauce sub, edamame, wings and house special fried rice. Lunch with the kids otherwise would have tried a cocktail! Service was excellent and informed.

Great pho ...did not get sick. Got take out. They have a large variety of pho types.. we got chicken and well done steak. Very tasty. Excellent spring rolls. The peanut sauce is not gf so they provide fish sauce instead. Also a lot of other gf options well marked on the menu.
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

I've eaten here many times and have never had an issue. Just about all of their pho is gluten free and they also have amazing spring rolls. The pho is so good. Incredibly tasty

I have celiac and was nervous about finding a place that offers GF without cross contamination. We went to OB Noodle House and had the Pho there. It was absolutely delicious, larger portioned, and made expeditiously. Staff was knowledgeable of a gluten free diet, and I have had no reaction since our meal there. Really delicious, and safe!

Ordered take out. Got the grilled pork vermicelli without egg-rolls as suggested on menu to make it GF. Very tasty and good portion size for take out. The woman taking order over the phone repeated that it was GF and the receipt also stated GF. Very popular and packed on a Tuesday night so maybe plan to come earlier if you want a table (i.e., before 6:00pm).

Fantastic service!! The wings were superb!! What a great experience and food! Food was separated for celiacs. Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination.

Read the excellent reviews so decided to give this place a try. So glad I did! The food was superb! Staff was knowledgeable about allergens and took very good care with my food. Wish I lived here because I am now addicted to the pho! Highly recommend!

The menu is clearly labeled for gluten-free options and the waitstaff was knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter was very happy to have gluten-free Pho!!!

The menu is clearly marked for GF items. The food was delicious. My daughter has celiacs and is highly sensitive. She had the steak pho bowl and combo fried rice (shared with her sister). She also had the appetizer spicy wings with the rest of us. (We asked for the spice to be toned down when ordering.). She did not get sick. I had the chicken fried rice. (See photos.). Everything we ate was yummy. The waiter was knowledgeable about GF items. The atmosphere is fun and loud. More of a bar scene than restaurant. You have to find your own parking on the street but it can be done. It can be crowded. The first night we went (Sunday night) it was 1 1/2 hour wait. We called ahead on Tuesday and they said no reservations but you can call ahead to put your name in. So we called ahead 20 minutes ahead (their suggestion) and once we arrived we were able to go right in. So definitely call ahead, put your name in and find out the wait time.

Absolutely the best! A lot of items they automatically make gluten free but I always point out my allergy just in case! My favorite is the fried rice dishes and pho!

The Pho is SO GOOD! Always a go to place when I am in San Diego
All the pho is GF. Most other items can be made GF by request and are marked.

Surprised at the negative reviews. So many gf options and it is superb. We loved it. Highly recommend.
you have to ask but they can make rice dishes (they will use tamari instead of soy sauce) and spring rolls (not searved with peanut sauce) gluten-free. celiac should be careful, there is some cc risk. I usually get the pho with veggies instead of noodle because too much rice bothers me.
I didn't get sick but was nervous the whole time, they were not properly educated.
will say celiac safe, but cover your bases
Yes
well, to be fair they will accommodate, however, there will be no taste. no Gf tamari, plain, tasteless and no Gf beers or cider. lame
No
Great food and knowledgable staff. I do have to agree that the menu can be slightly confusing to the newbies. I grew up eating asian foods so i know what has gluten automatically. Don't be afraid to ask the wait staff and triple confirm everything!
Yes
So-so. Their GF menu was unclear and sometimes wrong. The prices were okay but no cider on tap. :-( I probably wouldn't go back.
The food was great but the weight was terrible. Plus, some of the food on the menu labeled gf is not. I talked with one of the owners who told me. That always makes me nervous.
I love this place! My neighborhood bar, just can't get enough of there gluten free chicken wings and pho! Fun atmosphere too. It's loud but a great social local spot!! I need my fix at least one a week!
