This restaurant doesn't have a certified gluten free menu, BUT I have eaten there many times and can say what is safe. Keep in mind to tell your waitress about a gluten allergy, one of the workers has celiac and the kitchen understands how serious CC is. -Sausage -1/2 chicken -Ribs -Cole slaw -Baked beans -baked potatoes -Side salad with no croutons ***fries are in a shared fryer. Wings are fried right before they are served. Just ask waitress to tell cook to change gloves before getting your food. Can't claim that it's gluten free due to potential risk of CC but the food is great!
