Love this place! I’ve been shopping at People’s for 20 years and have been shopping as someone with celiac for 10 of those years. There are many gluten-free options in the grocery section from pasta, pizza, breads, cereals and much much more.
You can definitely get all your GF groceries here. I’m not a big fan of huge groceries where there are 10 options for ketchup and I know I can trust People’s with the products that they do sell.
The deli upstairs is not designated gluten-free but there are still some options to choose from like the salad bar and some hot bar items like rice and beans and many many veggies. The hey also have several good GF soups you just have to read the labels and unlike many other places the people working at the deli know their ingredients and can help you to make sure if an item is GF or not.

can't grab quick bite to eat, but u can over pay for gf grocery items. limited selection on that too. Don't waste your time.
I did not find that many gf items compared to regular markets and true Celiacs can't order anything upstairs in their deli because they don't have a kitchen or process that prevents cross contamination. I keep having high hopes but am still disappointed.
Awesome vibe! We pulled up and there was a band and cookout happening for their 41st anniversary. Unfortunately, the veggie burgers/buns were not GF. However, there are tons of GF baked goods in the refrigerated section inside and a few deli options upstairs.
