Ate here multiple times during our stay. Ate at the Ocean Terrace (twice for breakfast, once for dinner) and items that can be made GF are clearly marked. Linx tavern did not have GF items marked but I got a salad that was GF

I didn’t think Ocean Edge was going to have any options but they were great! I emailed them before my stay to ask if they could accommodate Celiac and they said definitely.
I ate dinner at Ocean Terrace - lots of the menu could be made gf. I even got a cheese plate and they had gf crackers! They offered to bring gf toast in lieu of the bread everyone else got to start as well. A few gf desserts available as well - gelato, sorbet or creme brûlée.
No dedicated fryer so just make sure you ask about things like the potatoes - my waitress wasn’t sure on a few things but was more than happy to ask the chef.
I also had breakfast at the hotel - my waiter even had Celiac (shoutout to Kyle!) and was super helpful. Breakfast potatoes can be made gf (not fried) and they had gf toast that they could toast separately.
