I stayed here for a few days for scuba diving. I sent them info on celiac disease before arrival and they were really well prepared and really nice. The options are limited, but they are flexible, will improvise if you give them concrete ideas, and watch out for crosscontamination. So if you don't mind fruit for breakfast, rice-with-veggis for lunch or gf noodles alio-olio (ask ahead, gf pasta not usually on the menu, but they bought it for me... but they have rice noodles always). The Indonesian options on the menu unfortunately all contain soy sauce.
