They do have a dedicated toaster and can also make French toast with the gluten-free bread. I had the OVR Spanish omelette, which was very good. Nothing on the menu either in the restaurant or on the website mentions gluten, so you do have to talk to them about what your options are. The home fries are gluten-free.

They now carry gluten free bread and have a dedicated toaster for the gluten free bread. They also now have gluten free pancakes off season which are cooked on a different grill than the regular ones. Small kitchen space so cannot do in-season.
