We have eaten at this restaurant upwards of 40 times. Their gluten free crust has never gotten me sick. As a result, this has become my go-to establishment in the area. Since the crust is so thin and their new oven is so hot, I recommend ordering your pizza “blonde”, as it won’t end up crunchy. The staff is the best!
Update 1/24/23: New GF crust! Not as thin as previous, and much better! I will try it not cooked blonde next time to get it a bit more crispy.
