Bought plain rice flour bread, brown rice flour bread, sesame rice flour bread, lemon rice flour bread, pumpkin rice flour bread, chestnut rice flour bread, and red bean bun. All vegan and GF, fresh and simply delicious.

Owner was very helpful in answering questions about specific ingredients for each bread, and let us know how to keep the bread fresh and to toast it for best taste. I steamed the sesame one - it was especially soft, chewy and absolutely heavenly.

There was one bread variety with milk, and about two varieties with soy and gluten.

All in all, great bakery with many GF options in a very central location.

Opens every Tue, Wed and Friday, and the second and fourth Saturdays. Best to double check opening time on its website before going.

The ow er/staff were very helpful and had gluten free bread and bagels to purchase too, food was so fresh and tasty…very small premises and a bit tricky to find but well worth the visit and good value

Definitely a saver! First place to buy gluten-free bread and patries in Central Nagoya. Very small place but staff is comprehensive and lunch is offered.Some very good choice although some of their offering is not gluten-free.
