If you have Celiac Disease, you can be certain that anything you consume here is safe! I do wish their hours were a bit better and they were open more days during the week, but the food is tasty and the menu is packed with SO MANY options- it’s awesome!

This place is 100% dedicated gluten free and even bakes buns, breads, desserts etc from scratch. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was amazing!

Nowhere in Halifax has such an impressive variety of gluten-free! An entire menu for lunches with friends, a ton of baked goods that I’ve never tried anywhere else. I’ve been obsessed with their dulce de lèche brownies for years now. My favourite :)

I only tried a few things to go (baked sweets and pizza) and didn't love any of them. They do offer a large selection of sweet baked goods though, and the restaurant menu seems good. It is totally gf!

Absolutely amazing! Everything is gluten free! Have deep fried clams for the first time in years! Very yummy! Walked out with a load of multi grain bread, blueberry muffin, lemon squares and a chicken pesto pizza! Everything was the best gluten free that I’ve had in years! They deliver large orders for a fee to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick!

Ate here with my daughter who has Celiac. Food was excellent!! Even my 5yo was over the moon to be in GF heaven. I tried the pulled pork pizza and she had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

My family visited here twice and ate a ridiculous amount of food. The highlights were the smoked meat sandwich, grilled cheese and bacon sandwich, tuna melt, classic pizza, French toast, and the AMAZING sticky bun. What a treat to eat in a dedicated gluten free facility that is committed to delicious food. Nice service as well!

Delicious baked goods, breakfast, and sandwiches! The staff was super friendly. The entire bakery is a gluten free space, I loved the atmosphere and not worrying about my Celiac disease.

Cinnamon rolls are gooey and delicious. Many cookie choices- drop cookies and bar. Muffins are great. Friendly and cheerful. Don't miss it!

Stopped here for lunch and found many choices! Bought some delicious gluten free muffins to go as well! A must visit in the Halifax area! I will be visiting again when in town! Nothing better than eating here if you have to avoid gluten!

Five of us ate lunch and were able to test a variety of items. There were many to choose from on the menu. We ate the pizza, lasagne (beef), lasagne with chicken and flat bread- each included garlic toast. Samosa filled with- turkey dinner, spinach and feta and a pizza. We also had dessert which included a brownie, dolce deleche brownie, apple fritter, muffins and cookies. Everything was great and tasty. We would all eat here again. The prices were very reasonable and not any more expensive than a regular restaurant. The service was friendly as well. The lady at the counter noticed our son counting his change to buy another apple fritter and kindly bagged and brought one to the table for him on the house. Looking forward to out next visit!
