Very good GF sandwich options! GF focaccia was delicious. I wanted panini, but they said they couldn’t safely make it GF, due to cross-contamination.

This is a great GF option in Soldotna. Their gluten free focaccia for sandwiches is amazing. I’m celiac and had no issues

Great gf options, soups, salads, most sandwiches can be made with lettuce wraps. Their baker has celiac disease and the staff is well trained in cross contamination. I've never been ill eating there.
