While the fryer is technically dedicated six days of the week, the same fryer is used to make fish and chips on Fridays. While it is cleaned they agree if you have celiac it’s probably not safe! Food is good, the gluten-free bread doesn’t taste gluten-free, scary but so delicious! Had an amazing burger with Wisconsin cheese, will be back. Just make sure you know what exactly is gluten as the waitress tried to serve me tabbouleh - I had to tell her that that is actually gluten.
