Wonderful experience. We had the Poke Tuna (they will sub the soy sauce glaze), grilled yellowtail and an ahi tuna BLT. They have gf buns. They even offered a gf/df dessert!

Went here after reading the reviews and seeing that they have a separate gluten free menu. We ordered the OTH Salad without anchovies (only because of preference) and the Greek Pizza with Lamb. The pizza was cooked on a clean pizza pan and brought to the table on the same pan. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and ensured us the kitchen would take every precaution to avoid cross contamination. Everything was delicious and I had zero reactions from our meal. They also had the option to substitute vegan cheese on their pizzas.

This restaurant and its staff truly understand gluten allergies. And to top it off, the food is scrumptious. Had a pizza one night, and the fish special with beet salad & black beans another night. They were happy to make a substitution to my pizza, and my server (the bartender) was just attentive enough. Outstanding experiences!

NOT MANY OPTIONS FOR CELIAC! Only true GF option for dinner is the fresh catch. Everything on the GF menu has notations of (fryer) or (soy) because they do not have a separate fryer and use soy sauce that contains gluten in most dishes. They're only "gluten free beer" that they advertise is omission which really isn't okay for true celiacs. I was a little disappointed as they advertise for separate gluten free menu and I can get the fresh catch at any restaurant on pier by the water. Good vibes inside for those without an allergy though.

There was a separate gluten free menu, however, they do share a fryer. I was sick (celiac) about thirty minutes after eating the gnocchi Mac and cheese, but I’m not sure if it was due to gluten or just how heavy it was - I can’t say for sure. The food was pretty mediocre for the price and definitely not one of the better places we ate.

After being disappointed by supposedly dedicated gf places in Key West, we were delighted to find this place. A good amount of gf offerings and my son had gnocchi with filet Mignon and it was delicious And probably the best gf meal He has had in a while

I had the lobster gf pizza, I usually stay away from dairy but decided to risk it for this one and it was delicious! I was told by multiple people to try this place, our server was very knowledgeable and made sure my gf stuff was not touching my boyfriends. For the ceviche he brought out a separate basket of gluten free crackers for me because the tortilla chips were in a shared fryer. I wish I had room for dessert but the pizza was so good I ate the entire thing by myself. Had no symptoms from the gluten, and the dairy symptoms were well worth it!

We LOVED Off the Hook! I do not have celiac, so I cannot attest to it being 100% gf ...but their gluten free menu was great. I LOVED the gluten free filet mignonette tips with white wine sauce, spinach, and gluten free gnocchi. SO YUMMY. Our waitress, Danielle, was so sweet and told us our option with the menu and drink options! The manager later came to check in with us! Stone crab was amazing as well!! They have gluten sensitive beer and ciders!

DELICIOUS!!!! So many GF options!!!! I had the lobster pizza and seafood deviled eggs! We sat outside- loved the atmosphere! Music was great too! Can't wait to go back!!!

I went here because of the reviews! Was excited to eat here but when we got there we found out that the nachos and pork are fried in the same fryer as everything else so even though it’s labeled gluten free it’s really not. The only thing that saved me was my awesome waitress. I had the Greek pizza with lamb which was safe.

Delicious food that is clearly marked GF. I had the fish tacos and they were fantastic! We’ll probably return again this week!

Amazing service and food! Menu is marked with GF options and staff was knowledgeable. We tried both soups on the menu and Tuna Poke. AMAZING!

A nice place that is a break from the fried food of the marina area and Duval street. I had delicious ceviche and gf pizza.
