Staff was knowledgeable but food was sub par...very disappointing as we eat there every year and this year food was no where as good

Was not impressed. The “gluten free options” were VERY minimal. In fact I’ve had more options for gf , in restaurants that do not even advertise as gf friendly.

Waitress knew how to handle food allergies. The modified meal was excellent!!! Enjoyed this restaurant a second time during our 1 week vacation.

The server really knew her stuff when it came to gluten. I ordered a pomegranate lemon drop and she was concerned that they were out of Tito's vodka. That's a level of knowledge I don't usually find to be the case. Their food is a cut above the usual stuff in Bethany and if gluten is a concern in your family, Off the Hook deserves your patronage!

The food is perfect. I have eaten at top restaurants around the USA and this food is perfect. Oh they also do gluten free right. They know all the ingredients. They understand cross contamination too. They can modify most all the menu except for fryer items. Really eat here!

Wonderful farm to table restaurant with real fresh ingredients. Had a fig pear salad to start and the shrimp and grits for dinner. Only one dessert a chocolate terrine with sea salt, toasted hazelnuts and coffee ice cream. Delicious! Staff was excellent as well.
