The staff was extremely friendly. There was a an entire display case filled with only gluten free baked goods. The staff member confirmed that all gluten free items were prepared off site in a dedicated gluten free facility.

Safe but sickly sweet. It’s a keto place, so if that’s your jam, you’ll like it. To me everything was too greasy and way too sweet. But the lady was really nice and it’s very safe.

Great - ate there today. They confirmed this is a dedicated GF facility. They didn't have a TON of offerings - maybe 2 dozen baked treats. No breads that I saw. We had four different things. It was all good and the price was very reasonable I thought (for dedicated GF).

I’m going to give my own personal review of what I tried. You may have a different opinion or different taste for things. You should make your own opinion based on your experience and likes. Overall, I’d say I wasn’t pleased. I had really high hopes and was disappointed by what I got.
Here are the items I tried….
Chocolate cheesecake: overall tasted really good but as soon as I started to chew I knew there was a ton of sugar because it crunched every time.
Strawberry Bundt cake: ok. It was crumbly and didn’t hold together. I felt it was too dry for me.
Lemon balls: I liked that the lemon flavor was not overpowering. I didn’t like that it felt like I was eating a ball of raw cookie dough. These also had a lot of sugar in them based on how it crunched when chewing.
Garlic Cheddar biscuits: Definitely nothing like Red Lobster. I warmed it up before trying it. Either there was a lot of butter or a lot of grease from the cheese. Didn’t like that all over my hands. The flavor was really bland.
Carrot cake cupcake: I actually liked this one. I haven’t had carrot cake since I went gluten free and I missed it. If I could change anything I would say to add more carrot flavor.
I will probably not return unless it’s to try something I really want.

This place is great! They just opened and are completely gluten free! Greensboro doesn’t have a another place like this, and now they don’t need to! The treats were delicious and beyond tasty. 10/10!!
