Review of O.H.S.O. Eatery + nanoBrewery

I've eaten there three times. Each time I ordered off the gluten free menu. The first two times were great, however the last time there was something VERY gluten in my meal. I didn't realize it until after the fact since I ordered a salad with Salmon and sweet potato fries. I'm. I'm not sure which item was bad (I'm thinking the salmon because I hear they have separate friers for fries vs. Gluten) however I was feeling the pain extensively the next day and wondering what could have caused it, and I knew the salmon was the only thing different.
