There is no gluten in their rice unlike most other sushi places in Aarhus. When I arrived they gave me their allergens card and a glutenfree soy sauce. We ordered from tablet where I could comment "glutenfree" on everything I ordered (my partner ordered things with gluten from same tablet).
The allergens card was not up to date, but when I ordered something that could not be made gluten free, they just didn't make it and the server told me.
The cook was super nice and seperated the sushi on different serving boards (glutenfree and with gluten) and even adjusted sushis on the menu to be without gluten-ingredients so I could try more things.
I would recommend not coming in rush-hour as I assume it will be harder for them to take such good care as they did for me. I ate there around evening on a weekday.
There is also a discount if you eat early hours.
