Review of Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort

I ate in the restaurant for brunch, there is no gf menu but the waiter walked me through it. I got bagel and lox, they were able to bake instead of toast to avoid cross contamination. My friend got a gluten free pancake that was good. I believe the Chile is gf, but not positive.
