This is a giant busy Japanese steakhouse that is part eating and part entertainment watching the chef throw the egg up in the air and catch it in his or her hat. We asked if there are any gluten-free options and they right away they said no. No GF soy sauce. They actually do have some gluten-free sushi options. But as far as getting your chicken hibachi or steak hibachi etc. that’s not going to work. If you talk to the sushi chef they will wash the knife and change gloves. Otherwise, no.
