Okinawa Steak & Sushi

The sushi was pretty good. I was able to find about six or seven rolls on the menu that were gluten-free. Purging is marked. Note that the crab meat they have for any of their rules as imitation crab meat. They did have gluten-free soy sauce, and I ordered some shrimp fried rice which they cooked in the back.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

They have gluten-free soy sauce, and I have a have eaten here twice and did not have a reaction. I was able to eat the teriyaki sauce and the white sauce with no issues. Granted, I’m not celiac and only sensitive. Food tasted great and I will eat here again!
