Knowledgeable staff when it came to gluten and their dishes ingredients. There are only 4 options that are GF on the menu, a 5th unmarked option is the burger protein style. One of which is the Fried Cauliflower but this should be changed based on new information. I was told they revamped the menu recently, which include some kitchen changes. According to the staff, after they checked with the cooks, this means no more separate fryers. So fries and even their cauliflower are not GF.
