Review of Ola Verde

This was an amazingly pleasant surprise! The owner is an expat with a conscience and does a great job. My girlfriend is gluten free due to thyroid problems and she had a fantastic gluten free lasagna. I had a wonderful spinach meatball (no meat) dish. It's not all gluten free it's all veg, but this is a must eat for any health conscious foodie in Nicaragua! They also serve breakfast and dinner as well as the lunch we enjoyed.
