Review of Old Blues Bar B Q

This was about the only place at Six Flags Fiesta in San Antonio that had gluten-free options. I ordered the baked potato with brisket, and the toppings were all gluten-free as well. They had separately packaged sour cream packets and butter, as well as shredded cheese. The barbecue sauce was NOT gluten-free, according to one of the employees. They also had a spinach salad with grilled chicken as a possibility. Several of the sides were gluten-free as well. It was nicely air-conditioned, and we could sit inside. Overall, a gluten-free win!
