So good. I have celiac and eat the ribs and don’t get sick just make sure you tell them it’s an allergy.
They have an allergen pdf on their app now and one of the food options is "no bun, I have a gluten allergy". I always order the pulled pork and a gluten free side (usually baked beans) and have not had any issues with cross contact. Great to have another dinner option with celiac disease.

Lots of gluten free options to choose from! Great food and the staff was very helpful with choosing things for my allergy.
Separate gluten free menu. Sauces are gluten free. Meat and lots of side choices! No reaction!
