GF menu is super clear and has plenty of options. Two celiacs in the family and no one got ill. Staff was super accommodating and very friendly. Just told them over the phone I had celiac and they were up front about their safety measures which at other places can be a chore asking about.
Heads up fryer is a no go so no fries but just scoop another helping of their pulled pork and your gtg.
Based on the reviews, we were looking forward to eating at this restaurant. Sadly, it was a disappointment. After some back and forth, a staff member stepped in that understood what was GF. The brisket really lacked flavor and only 2 sauces are safe (and aren’t great unfortunately).
I’ve eaten here multiple times over the last year and never have had any problems. As long as you tell the staff you need to have it GF, they’re very careful. I’ve had one of the owners come out to talk to me and he conveyed a serious approach. The “Sticky Patches” sauce is not GF but the other two sauces are fine. A few ciders are also available.
