I ordered a filet and wanted a potato side, specifically the truffle mashed potatoes. The waitress told me that sometimes the kitchen makes the potatoes with a roux (with flour) and sometimes not. She would have to check to be sure. She came back and said that I would be good, they weren't made with flour tonight. So I ordered that and am now sick. My steak ordered medium was also SO dry. Disappointed, especially for the price I paid.
Mind blowing steak and truffle mashed potatoes. Good bacon and scampi shrimp apps. Interested and tasty cocktails. Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination but most of the menu was off limits. I was disappointed by how few potato-based sides were GF. Dessert was also a bust. Minimal willingness on part of chef to customize recipes for GFness.
This was a wonderful find. Server very knowledgeable and let me know that I could even have tater tots, as they were prepared in a separate fryer. Great vibe to the place. Very friendly.
