There were only 2 GF items listed on the menu, shrimp cocktail and a salad. The server said that many foods had no gluten ingredients, but the kitchen can’t guarantee cross contamination.

I really liked my meal here. The waiter and kitchen were knowledgeable. I had a shrimp cocktail and one of the entrees marked GF (fish). It was too much food, but I really wanted the shrimp cocktail and didn’t know it would be so big. :-) The fryer is not dedicated.

Good food, good service. GF items are clearly marked, but stay away from anything fried, even the chips; no dedicated fryer. Happily I asked before indulging, so did not get sick.

We have eaten at Juans successfully for years but they have recently updated their menu to specifically say which menu items are GF. Nice!!
