I spoke with the owner and the chips are now not in a dedicated fryer. They put the breaded fish in that fryer now. So unfortunately the only thing there safe now is the rice bowl.
I feel comfortable eating here consistently , the tacos can be made on corn tortillas that are cooked in a seperate area, the chips are in a dedicated fryer , and the cheese is also gluten free but spicy , happy to be able to have something to eat when my family goes here !!
She seemed knowledgeable about things with hidden gluten. The girl working was very confident in telling me they did NOT have a dedicated fryer despite prior reviews saying they did.

Very interesting variety of flavorful tacos. Corn tortillas, chips and most filling ingredients GF. Staff careful and friendly.
Three words….dedicated chip fryer! The tacos and nachos are excellent. We’ve come here 3 times since they opened and have loved everything we’ve ordered.
This location has dedicated GF fryer for chips unlike city location. Son and wife had tacos and chips.
