I've eaten here for years and years, both pre-GF and after (I'm not celiac but definitely gluten sensitive). Meet my GF mom and bro there frequently and none of us ever have issues. GF pancakes, salads, egg dishes, it's all good except I always want a nap after LOL. They are super used to all questions and will accommodate what they can. One of the most popular b'fast places in town for good reason IMO. If they are busy it can be hectic. Full disclosure, I know the owner and have known many of the staf over the years.

If you are selective, ask the right questions, & get the right staff, then it’s a great meal. Some quick notes: The breakfast potatoes aren’t gluten free. Don’t risk it. They only have one toaster & 1 fryer. If you’re very sensitive, don’t get your gf bread toasted. Fruit makes for a fantastic side. If you are sensitive or celiac, say so. They’ll take even more care & ask more questions.

Love the gluten free hot cakes and French toast. They use organic eggs and the inlets are amazing! Great organic coffee too!

They have a very small kitchen and shared cooking and prep space. They will not guarantee celiac safety which I appreciate.

Second time getting sick from here so want to give people a heads up! I wouldn't recommend eating the breakfast potatoes if you're sensitive. I asked several times and was told they were prepared separately and still got sick!

Nice place! Lots of gluten free options. I had the pancakes with blueberries. They also have vegan options. The waitress was awesome! She took a lot of time with us.
Liked the gluten food very much tasty did not have problems am sensitive to cross contamination had blue berry pancakes
The staff said that they couldn’t guarantee gf. I tested a small sample of Chile, which they thought would be gf and it wasn’t. They let me eat my own food and my family enjoyed their lunch.
No
Overall the food was mediocre at best. Out of everything we got, the GF pancakes were the only thing we enjoyed. The GF bread is not celiac safe. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we had no reaction, but the food isn't worth going back for.
Yes
They have GF DF pancakes!! They're super good. Lots of GF options.
Cute place and our service was fast for Sunday Am. I had the GF blueberry pancakes and was a little surprised the berries were added on top and not cooked with the batter. Not quite as good as some places that cook the berries into the pancakes. Overall a good GF place for breakfast. Next time I'll try the GF French toast which looked fantastic.
The gluten free pancakes were to die for! The are huge AND fluffy AND crispy AND yummy AND moist!!!!! They also offer organic and local and natural and healthy whenever available. They also accommodate other food allergies. And they are really nice people!!!!!!!!
