Our gluten-free crust is made with tapioca, soy infant formula, and rice flour. It is only available in 6" and 12". Our gluten-free crust is made locally by Olivia's Oven.

Excellent pizza! Owner has family member with Celiac, and took a long time to find the right crust. A bit pricey, but gluten free great pizza!
