Old West Mexican Restaurant

Went here with a group of colleagues after a conference nearby. They all liked the food, but all I could order safely was a soda. The server didn't know what gluten was. I explained and said I couldn't eat something if it was cooked on the same area of the grill as something with gluten, so he pointed out only two options, both made with corn tortillas where the meat wasn't cooked on the grill. One was taquitos (fried, so not safe), and I don't remember the other, but it also didn't seem worth the risk. The "lettuce salad" of lettuce and cheese might also have been OK, but was not appealing. They were friendly, but this is not an option for GF people who have to avoid cross contamination.
